The series originated when the surface qualities of many aged, distressed walls located in and around the Chinatown area of Bangkok, Thailand, were photo documented, The distressed layers inscribed on the walls were related to Archaeology, the study of our ancestral roots in relation to our current place in time. This notion was experimented with, emulated and resulted in a simple series of framed constructed narratives.
